Mace, in other parts of the world, "MX" was used as a suffix to indicate a "monoshock" model...  so likely it's a 77-on DT400 monoshock?  (You might know that already...)

I’m in the U.K. tried posting pics but they won’t load. Always fancied a 2stroke have always messed with Kawasaki mainly KLs. So the DT will be a bit of a learning curve the seller said the engine had been rebuilt looks to have been so we will see.

I’ll find out after I’ve finished the wireing ( I would rather have teeth pulled than wireing) should be ready in a couple of days.
