I had an '85 IT200N. I rank it as my all-time favorite bike. Just the right combination of light weight, power, and air-cooled simplicity. Reliable as a stone, I could lug it for hours putting along with my then-young son on his TTR-90, then let it rip and loft the front wheel in 3-4 gears. I thought it was getting a little long-in-the-tooth, so I sold it. Wish I had it now....

Replied by RT325 on topic looking at a few ITs lately.

I had an IT200 bought as a wreck to use the 43mm forks but ended up getting it running & was a rocket, so nice to ride. Also had an IT490 with a yz465H motor fitted. That was an extremely fast rocket haha.
