DT250A Crank Mag Side Seal Surface was created by Camp3

Hello, I am restarting my DT250A project after my last child graduated college and got her job, Traverse City, MI, and have a question about my crank.
The sealing surface looks to be "pitted" although I can't feel it with my fingernail.  I think the runout is good and the bearing is good.  My question is can I use this crank without air leakage. Take a look at the pic...

I dont know how to load a pic..

Guarantee it'll be ok. if you saw mine on my old 360 which is still sealing then you wouldn't be worrying.
If it's there but very slight it'll maybe carry a little oily mix in between the seal lips & lubricate it & help sealing.
That's how i justify 'to myself' using mine like that or worse. Works for me lol.
Re--photos. I believe you need three posts before that option is live for you, but pics have to be linked via an outside site like "imgur".
I use google photos but i'm out of free space now so it keeps telling me so time to delete or transfer back to my computer to load when necessary.
I never did work out how to load an open pic & mine just come up as links, but it works.
Here's a sample, just my BSA old bits. My theory is if its a link then its not taking up space here but maybe my idea is misguided haha.

Anyway--i'm waffling on. Welcome from NZ downunder.
