Thanks pabdt.  

At the very least, paint isn't "original" or even a very good attempt.  "New carburetor" could be a red flag too...  not very common to find an new original 69 125 Mikuni carb (or any genuine new Mikuni carb specifically for an AT1) brand new. (Lots of cheap knockoffs out there though)

Still could be a nice bike, hard to say.
