Bigger front wheel on at1 was created by Yojimbo
Has anyone put a 19” or 20” wheel on the front of an at1?
if so, did it handle well? I was thinking of lacing a 19” rim on the original hub, if anyone has done this, what length spoke did you use? The spokes are about 45 degrees to the radius of the wheel, so .5” added to the radius would be about .7” extra spoke length, but if someone has done it already, I’d appreciate hearing of their experience.
Thanks as always.

.
The 74/75 125 & 175 models had a 19 inch front wheel, and handled just fine.
The easiest way to convert would be to find a used set-up on eBay, or wherever.
It could be done buying the individual parts as well, but might be a bit more involved, and end up costing a lot more
Note: rim, spokes, and hub all have different part numbers then those of the earlier AT1 models
This eBay seller has at least three complete front wheels ... with everything included
auction number: 265372352246
Good luck

Turning on tight tracks the 21” is a big advantage. My 72’ AT2M has a 21” and my 70’ DT1 also has a 21”. Sometime in late 2017’ I paid $68.00 shipped for a DT1 21” complete hub, wheel’ and tire. I have a new set up going on that bike ( monica ) soon. Akront 21” Metzler.
buy it complete. EN is correct.
