Super excited about my latest find, looks like 69 model serial number 115113 , most of is there, missing carb and airbox, little rusty, I didn't need another project, couldn't pass it up, will post up more pics as I get started on it, gonna be a job just getting it out of that barn

Probably a couple of weeks before I can get back over there to get it, will post up some more pics when I get it home. pretty excited about getting a first year model AT1, will do a mechanical restoration and get it rideable to start

Got it home, looks worse out in the daylight, appears to have had a pretty gentle life other than storage damage, did find the airbox cover and filter, but still no carb, looks about 90% original and complete, sadly the engine is stuck, going to give it a much over due bath and take a few more pics

I have several AT1 carbs if you can't find yours. I'd sell one cheap if you need it.

Cleaned up nicely, really surprised how nice the tank is both inside and out,
thanks markT definitely needing a carb, checked my stash and have 2 incomplete at1 carbs, but not enough parts to build one , email is This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. , just going to stare at it the rest of the day and enjoy a Shiner beer or three , be pulling it down to see why the motor is stuck soon

Soaking in oil a few days and got the engine freed up, rings we're stuck, used the heat gun to heat up the piston , was really cool, after 3 heat cycles or so the carbon behind the rings started to boil and shove the rings out, would let it cool down then heat it back up, wished I would have recorded the temperature, then the top ring just popped out and most of the bottom , used a small.pic to dislodge the last part, saved the rings, bore looks great, on standard bore 56mm , light hone and back together she goes
