The smaller one was under a carb bowl screw, it’s not on partzilla and I see no function so I left it off because each bowl has a bowl vent / drain hose thing with two holes. the bigger one no clue either, thought it might be an alternator harness clamp but again not on any partzilla page. I will take pictures with #7! thanks for your help

My first thought is they are for autolube oil line routing?

#6 shows a clamp I don’t have but doesn’t look like mine. Maybe draftsman had a bad day? I will poke around more

i have a clamp very much like that on my 175mx. It goes on the front exhaust mount bolt and guides the tach cable towards the fork yokes.
Edit. There is another similar one that goes on the rectifier to hold the oil tank vent tube.
The clue would be the diameter of the object it is intended to hold.

Here's the one you took off the carb (marked with a red dot). Oil feed line routes underneath.

tinkicker and markt you guys are awesome, thank you!
So the 1st start took a while...I had the primaries to the coils reversed
it starts, sounds mechanically terrific with proper new pistons

and bores and repaired crank. The issue is idling...not like the mixture is wrong and I am pretty sure I got the timing spot on with a dial indicator, it's that the throttle stop screw that controls idle speed bottoms before I can get the speed high enough. Maybe the carb is dirty and I will likely need to pop them both off, but it was 100F today and I am feeling a bit lazy so I thought I would ask the experts to see if you had any great ideas!
thank you

Slides mixed up? Easy to do on a twin. Cutout faces rear of bike (air filter)

As Mark said.!!
It'll be super rich too if like that as no cutaway--cutaway ends up forward doing nothing.
Was a common problem at work on all twostroke twins where customer had 'just' had the slides out.
