I'm using this type, laid on its side and with a small block of wood underneath to raise the height.

The red wire runs quite close to the oil tank cap, so not perfect, but I can live with it.

I think I probably had to make up a couple of bespoke short wires to connect to the main harness.

I'd post a photo, but Imgur have deserted the UK and I haven't sorted out an account with another third party hosting site yet.
