The installed bearing in my motor was exactly the same as shown in my link.
It seems that it worked fine ;) We will see.

Gerry, it might be fine.  Others have reported finding rub marks from the gear on the inside of the right case or from the chain on the outside of the left case because the shaft was shifted over slightly.  That's the only "symptom" I remember hearing and seeing...

It seems some cases needed the special radius more than others?

Direct from the manufacturer VAPE...  (Powerdynamo sold the business to their main supplier VAPE several years ago when Edgar's health declined.)

No worries, already have a replacement flywheel that looks great.
The bike ran, though not well when I got it, but vibrated (not as bad as you would think from photo) and would not top end rev.

All bearings in. Started to clean up the trans a bit and mock up. Shift arm contact area smoothed off. Need to locate other half of half moon spacer for drive axle, cross check all other spacers, test fit shift assembly, kick start spring, etc.

Also found original bearings.  Note, how one was installed.

This bearing does not appear to have been fully seated for the last 5,000 plus miles.

You are sure finding interesting problems.
With the bearing i can't imagine it running that far out of line--it just couldn't work in my opinion.
So wonder if there's something going on with the bore of the case, like its sitting home 'square on' but the case hole is bored strange at the edge of it. Like a big lead in or champfer but not exact all the way around.
Also i guess you have the washer for the mainshaft, it's reasonably thick that one.but i did read you're sorting washers out.
Are you building the motor from parts to have one of the half moons missing. It's a pain when that happens & one part is missing.
Fitting the kick start spring & shaft can be another pain on those.
Look forward to when its all up & running.

I wrote about that earlier.  That is not the original bearing with the "special radius" to allow it to seat all the way.  See post 191

Thought I quoted you, maybe not.  This was orig for RT325.

Its ~1.5mm thick.  Part #12 on partzilla list.  It was laying directly next to the shaft during disassembly.  No, I just disassembled engine 3 years ago and somehow lost it.   I actually have a picture of it during removal, so I know its around here somewhere.I ordered 2 new ones.

Appreciate you noticing that washer, but there one that I can't identify, but I'm wondering if its part of the spacing for the shift arm alignment.  pic below.

For future reference, a few pics:
