Headlight bulb locking ring needed was created by Gr8uncleal

Does anyone know where I might obtain one of these (see photos), or any Yamaha/Suzuki/Honda/Kawasaki part number that might relate to it?

Specifically it is for a Koito Halogen headlight (fitment as yet unidentified), but I would imagine that it is a generic lighting part.
