Not the '68 model with the round latch, this one appears to be the more common '69-73 version.

Several photos and discussions on this forum about the tool box differences. 

So if you type "1968 tool box" in the forum search you'll find a lot of info...  including a fairly recent thread about the 1968 with good pictures.

Prices for the later ones have been creeping up towards the 100 bucks mark, so this one seems fairly priced.
