Pobit on ebay...  away until Jan 24th.

Tons of posts on this topic.  Best to get a modern 2 wire 6v flasher unit IMHO

Original flasher is very load sensitive so wrong bulbs or one burned out will also stop flashing.  Modern ones like the one pobit sells are less finicky.

I bought one for my DT3 from Pobit. I uncrimped and gutted the original which was shot and the one I bought from Pobit fit inside the original canister. I made up a brown and brown with striped wire with the proper ends and it worked like a charm. The relacement has a couple blade terminals rather than the 2 wires like the original.

Cheers

Pobit is an ebay seller. He pulled his items down, looks like he will be back on Monday the 24th.

As I found out watch out for your bulbs...I fitted 21 Watts instead of 21 Candal Power....which translated to about 18 Watts. I found some correct bulbs and all was well....my RT looks same as your DT3 unit.
