TY175 footrest upgrade was created by nokturnal

I have read that some MX/enduro pegs will fit... not specifically which models though.

Picked up some misc “YZ” pegs from eBay.

Have my fingers crossed a little angle grinder time will take care of any needed modifications

Are you in the US or UK?
There's a realy good UK site you should check out if you haven't already. It's called trials central.
You will find footrest mods relating to the TY esspecialy. Someone actually sells kits to take them back and down as well as wider.
They give you much better ballance control great if you are competing

This bolt on kit is quick and easy. It'll make your TY handle noticeably better if you ride a lot standing on the pegs such as in a trials competition.

Believe it or not, this place is only a couple of miles down the road from me and is where I get my bikes MoT'd (tested/licensed) every year.

Waiting on the slow boat mail...

Those pegs look nice but at 5 times the price of the ones I bought BEFORE overseas shipping....

The first set didn’t work. What I get for ordering without looking at my bike first... oh well, $10.

The second set however is looking good... they just arrived.

A small amount of material will need to be removed to make the mounting area resemble two tabs instead of a U shape, should be easy enough.

Looking good. Just need to grind a bit off so it will fold out of the way of the kicker.

20$ and some grinding/drilling. Not bad.

The bottom was solid, that needed to be removed.

Will need a couple washers to space it and job done.
