Anyone want to go team Husqvarna with me? was created by XRArin
Hi everyone,
I know I haven't been on here for a while, but I have been making some "motorcycle" purchases! I am now owner of 4 bikes!! The two KX500's I already had but I added some "Swedish" technology to the garage.
five months ago, I acquired 2 Husqvarna's from different eras. One is from 2022 and the other one is from 1979. Both run like brand new! The old Husky I just got back from a proper tune up last week after 5 months in the shop. Since I have 4 bikes now, my mom almost kicked me out of the house for sneaking in 2 more bikes

**Since Dave Meis has retired from hosting California dreamin events, I would like to know if anyone would be willing to go riding with me sometimes? I would like to take my 1979 Husqvarna CR 390 out for a spin hopefully soon! This only applies to anyone who lives in California since I know most of you are from back east. Please feel free to message me if anyone wants to go team vintage (or modern)**
I wanted to add pictures, but I can see the site is a little finicky right now....

The "79 would get me exited. Good idea to keep in good with your mum for when your wife kicks you our for too many bikes. Try loading pics from something like "imgur". Or google photos i use. Look forward to seeing them

RT325,
I'm really not that technical when it comes to uploading pictures in a different way, but I know the site wouldn't let me upload pictures normally (since its under maintenance).
This bike would get anybody excited!!! Its all-original paint and starts up but......it likes to bog out and shut off when I'm riding it up the street to stretch its legs.

While it is true that I have heard Dave Meis is/has retired from being the Yamaha Enduro Event Coordinator it has also been discussed that someone else is either considering stepping up or has agreed to step up. It’s not a rumor.
Those future events may be closer to central United States?
I think about your father DT-DAVE he made me feel very welcome at Gorman.

asco,
I hope whoever wants to be the next in line is willing to host riding events here in California. I will cross my fingers that happens. I'm not willing to travel out of state to be honest.

I recon it’s safe to say the person considering this position resides in Colorado.

I’ve owned 3 390WR, all were 1979, loved the bike, last one was about 20years ago. I’ve also had a ‘84 400wr and ‘87 430wr. The best dirt bikes I’ve ever owned. , I’ve owned 3 390WR, all were 1979, loved the bike, last one was about 20years ago. I’ve also had a ‘84 400wr and ‘87 430wr.
