Ducati 250 was created by Pillsbury

Yesterday I owned 0 Ducati's. Today I own 3.
 A '65 Monza 250, a '66 Monza 250 with Dana top end and a wide case '68 SCR 250.

You can see clearly where Ducati have taken their lines for the modern scrambler can't you?
That's only the second time in my life i've seen the trail bike one. First time was when TL 125s were still part of Hondas line up.
A lad i knew came roaring down the disused railway line on one . I was sat on a slag heap looking down at him .I wondered what the hell it was.
I love oddball bikes. 
Was it Three for the price of two ?

I traded a '73 CR250 basket case & an MR50 basket case.

The cams are bevel driven, but not Desmo.
The '65 is 24 hp & the 66 is 29. The '68 is 30 hp. Not bad for 60's 250.

This is a pic of the seat that should go on the '66. It looks like it is also a scrambler
