This popped up when looking for something else. Good video & you might've already seen it. Not in english but doesn't matter it's self explanitory. Could be picky on smaller circlips looking a bit stretched & 'maybe some' big ones fitted wrong way around for the side load it might recieve. [cirlips are flat on one side & 'less flat' on other], but hell i can't talk because all my trans are dodgy & worn so "shut up me". Good detailed Video. Oh, need to hit the youtube link on it.

Morley, thanks for the video. Even though I couldn't understand what he was saying it does give me a little bit more understanding of how the transmission works and goes together, still don't know if I'm ready to tackle one though...

Thanks for the video RT325, it brought back a memory for me. Rode my DT1B from new until 1973. Only once had a problem when gears 1&2 were all that worked. That was a Sunday, and the gravel pit was busy with bikes tearing up the hills. Happened to spot the dealer riding his Husqvarna with his crew, and he told me to drop it off at the shop for a repair. After a week or so; he had the bill, two worn thin shift forks, and the bike shifting good as new.

Thanks for the link! Watch Youtube in browser (I used Google Chrome), turn on closed captioning/subtitles and autotranslate to English. Seems to catch some of the meaning occasionally, but mic quality and background music probably not helping. The rest of the time its just funny to see autotranslate struggle.

I must try that autotranslate feature. Wasn't aware of it thanks.
