Luckily from what i remember we had/have replaceable bulb headlights on all the magneto models here in NZ which should've been compulsory everywhere with all the trouble its caused. Great you got it sorted & you'll be teaching us the way soon. In fact last time i saw a sealed one was when we sold hondas with yamaha in the early days. But the hondas were battery ignition & lights, albeit 6volt & 6volt electric start, so far less chance if a bigger battery for electric start going empty & spiking headlights etc. They had regulators anyway so would save them.

I would guess that a HT1 90 enduro would work

According to Parts list it seems the AT and CT had the same inserts too.

You will have to use CMSL to look at diagrams. Us parts sellers don’t list it for some reason.

Yes, they can be hard to find...  when I was a kid a popular "speed trick" was to pull the insert and throw it away.  All it did was make the bike louder...  no performance increase but we didn't know.

Just trying to help.  We don't know what you know or don't know...  plus LT parts are not the most popular so someone might read this that doesn't know different model inserts will work and has one for a more popular model like the AT or CT and will let you know.

There are also blueprints on this site for the original insert and many posts for alternative "generic" inserts on ebay others have tried as a substitute.

Hopefully something comes along soon.
