Need help with my 1971 ct1c #21

Blukas wrote: Ok its all buttoned up now, but one thing that seems to be missing is the rear brake light toggle wire for when you hit the brakes the light comes on. Does anyone know where this hooks up? I also cant find anything for the rear brake also. Thanks

I will take photos of the rear brake light switch on my CT1C and post them for you later today.

Before everyone starts telling me that my air box boot is only halfway on...... this isn't a running bike yet. I have to go thru the entire bike, but there are a few others in line ahead of this one. Lol

Thank you for the photo and everyone’s input. I do have a hole for the switch to go into, and i have a bracket for it to sit on, but i do not have it at all. It is completely missing. As for the front brakes, the old female connector is there but no wire.

I have the oil pump connected, im gonna use it and i belive it is functioning fully. I already put some good vavoline 2 stroke oil in it and bled it and everything. The throttle didnt close because the end on the cable wasnt fully in the cable housing.

The bike is back together and its idling and running good, the motor seems to vibrate alot at higher rpms, i cant tell if its slightly starving for fuel or not.

Its idling at 2.5k. I found a cheap revometer cable so i installed it. It sounds like its idling pretty low but i have nothing to compare it to.
