His setting may not have mobile device enabled. or it wont work in all countries (some of mine say that).

you might need to use a computer. if there is a way to change the settings at Youtube,let me know and I will try it.

the video can be used in all resolutions on up to 1080p.

Edit: if there is a way,I need advice on how to do it,I could not find any settings on what devices it can be viewed on.
