We moved into the Saguache Park area this year. More remote and lots of good dirt roads to explore. No gas stations nearby though.
This years lingering snows prevented us from completing some of our planned routes but that’s why there’s always next year!

They have closed a lot of what used to be some good riding around Frisco in the last few years unfortunately.
The roads around Breckenridge are more numerous but many turn into Jeep trails.

But, depending on what your riding there are a couple cool routes too do nearby.
One goes south out of Breckenridge into South Park and one goes north towards Steamboat Springs.
Both would involve some 55mph highway speeds (12 miles or so) but once you leave the highway it’s just you and the dirt road for miles and miles. Gas stations spaced just right. 100 to 200 mile trips. Mostly haul ass dirt too.
Hell I’d even go with you if the timing is right!

Yes many roads are still closed right now due to snow around Summit county.
But the roads towards Steamboat and out in South Park are all dry.
The high passes won’t be open until July, except for the ones the state plows.
