They are not made to be opened.
There are some XS ones that I have done successfully, but most can't be done without destroying the plastic. There are no repair parts available.
I recommend finding another complete instrument.
Where the Yamaha Enduro is still a current model...

Thanks for the response. That is what I assumed but since the first two responders asked me to contact you, I did in the hopes that it would work out. Now I am in search of a replacement speedo or just live without it. Not sure yet.
